I have a Victa 8-30 series 9, s/nG199A Ride -on un restored with all original stickers and paint, it has surface rust, its a 3 speed forward and 1 reverse, i'll upload photo's from my phone. I think it would make a good restoration project for someone with the time to spend on it.
