I've not worked on these before so I'm not entirely sure how these work. Is there supposed to be some sort of control lever to change the speed of the mower? The mower has reasonable compression and spark but the carby requires an overhaul. The stamped number has weld splatter over part of it, all that can be made out is 98902 1110 P*****71751. Is there enough info there to work out what kind of diaphragm etc to buy?
