Hi,

As the title suggests Im having issues with throttle control. Recently snapping the throttle cable didnt help but even once a temp repair was made, any form of throttle applied will kill the engine.

The diaphragm was replaced and some carby cleaner used, however it has always chased its revs when in use.
The governor spring was also replaced but doesnt seem to have much control over the throttle above the carby at all.

I was told its an issue with the carby which Id like to replace completely and keep it genuine or would I be better off completely replacing the motor?

Thanks,

Reece
