success ,it actually ended up coming apart very easy in the end ,I did put a bit of heat on it a few days ago ,then went back to it today , I had tried the puller and figured out it ain't coming off that way so tipped mower on it's side

so with mower on it's side I could get 2 pairs of stilsens on each end of shaft and gave the bottom end of shaft a turn while holding onto top of shaft and it just unscrewed very easily and bearing literally fell out .very pleased with that
