so....I found a suitable screw, cut it to size and put on a fibre washer. Removed the solenoid and fitted the screw, and replaced the leads with a single lead to earth - keeps blowing fuses.Can't figure out whats happening? In the meantime l've put the solenoid back in but would like to know/understand what l'm not understanding LOL
