The Cadet does need recording as an early Rover.
It is the younger sister or brother to the Rover Major.
For an unexplained reason, Australia experimented with the off-set
wheel design for rotaries in about 1957-58. The market rejected it.
Perhaps that is the reason ... experiment / reject.
All very out-of-square.
