Hi,
I have a Victa Commando VS160 which has really had this problem from new. It wont start when cold unless I unscrew the plug and then simply put it back in without doing anything to it. I then cannot stop it because if I do I must wait till it cools before continuing.? The air filter is clean.

Any thoughts?
