The spark seems OK to me but I agree it could seem like a timing problem but it does have a key so timing would be fixed.Is there any other way to adjust the timing if the fly wheel is keyed ?It says in the manual that timing is set at the "works" but I wonder how ?
BTW what are the symptoms of a faulty condenser ?
