new terminology.
Victa's flagship would be the 'Sheerline', a word derived from naval
and
maritime terminology. This
thematic approach would usher in other
names of that ilk - Cadet, Envoy, Corvette, Commander ...
Note that the Standard is priced
above the new-named 'Utility'.
This is a great signifier of the changing role for the 'toe-cutter' base.
The Standard could no longer be considered the 'standard' mower base.
The replacement name would be the 'utility' - a non-standard and specialised
name. Within a couple of years, the Standard would be dropped, and replace
with the entry-level, specialised, Victa Utility.
