Ok what I need you to do is to see if you have spark at the spark plug.

You will need to remove the spark plug and connect the spark plug wire then hold it against the motor. The turn the motor over to see if a spark goes across the plug.

If not then you could have a faulty micro switch and that can be hard to work out as it is a process of elimination.

Let us know how you go with the spark issue first but make sure you have the park brake on as well as the blades disengaged as they have micro switches on them and that will stop the plug from sparking.
