As bigted says, Tecumseh engined Little Bob.
The Supaswift utility mowers Big [53cm cut] and Little [46cm cut] Bobs were first produced under the Vulcan brand, some time in the late 1970s - early 1980s. The Vulcan brand seems to have been dropped by the mid-1980's.
So that's an early one. Later versions mostly used Briggs engines; they are still made - in China.
'Craftsman' was the MSAA [servicing dealers' buying group] house brand, so this one was a 'store brand' version.
I wouldn't bother with this one, especially with that engine. $35? He's dreamin'.
