1. Can you check the coil to see if it is touching the flywheel.

2. Also check that flywheel key is not damaged.

3. Check valve clearance and also when you cleaned the valve area did anything drop under the valve seats.

4. Also need model type & code of motor so that we can help with better information regarding noise.
