PART TWO - The Mowers

Scott Bonnar's most acclaimed lawnmower, the Queen, is first. The 30" Model 30
(c1958) had almost 100 per cent of the bowling green market in Australia. The
first Queen, the Model 16 (c1950), was available in electric and petrol variants
for green cutting or general work.

The Model 14 (c1933) Gang Mowers also had, arguably, a large slice of the
Australian market. Of particular note here are the optional catchers. The
Model 17 Supercuts are also offered in electric and petrol variants. Note that
these are offered in 18 and 20 inch sizes, the smaller 14 and 16 inch sizes
having been discontinued and replaced by the cheaper domestic range.

The domestic reels are presented in the Model 33 16 inch (c1960), and the
Model 40 electric and petrol 14 inch machines (c1962). The Model 35 Rotary
19 inch is shown offered with three engine variants. This completes Scott
Bonnar manufactured machines.

OTHER MOWERS
Then there is an eclectic mix of mowers that Scott Bonnar had agencies for,
some exclusive and imported. The first is the National 30 inch Rider Mower;
the Deutscher self-propeller slashers; the Allen Motor-Scythe; and the
Sears Tractor-Drawn Mower.
