I assum then what you are saying that the rev's fluctuates when you move the machine (like shake it).

1.What type of fuel filter (brand) did you use? smile

2.When you put the fuel line in and the filter is on it, does it reach the furthest point of the tank?

3.When you put fuel in the tank and cap on does fuel come out of the fuel line when it is not connected to the carby?(you will have to clamp the line that does not have the fuel filter on it)

Just one silly question:
Have you put the fuel line on the carby correctly ie on the inlet (fuel filter one) and not on the outlet? confused
