Location Bruce, ACT- so close to me I'll drive past it in the morning on the way to dropping my daughter at day care. Location is CIT (Canberra Institute of Technology), address shows new buildings and construction on Google Maps Streetview so maybe that's why it's for sale! smile

Or maybe it's the CIT pull apart and put back together demo eek

Might pop past and try to have a look tomorrow if possible on the way to daycare.
