As the final chapter in this, met up with Dodgey and he gave me a surplus powertorque mower. Very happy with it as its a sturdy looking unit. Dodgey also gave me some advice on mowers so couldn't be happier with the way things work out, hope he can get the Turner to run and am sure that he will.
