A resolution was passed that the company should be
wound up because the business was unsustainable.
This was a
voluntary liquidation.
The factory at
37-39 Foveaux Street was put up for sale. Just up from the
Schweppes' factory,
this area of
Surry Hills was described as "pulsating with manufacturing life". How times have changed.
