Hi All,
As this Supercut has taken on some interest I decided to call the seller and ask some questions regarding the circumstances surrounding it and how it came about being done like it is.
1, It "was" a one owner unit
2, The seller did most of the job himself as he's involved with Power Mowers at Parkside, SA
3, He wanted to Rat Rod a Scott Bonnar
4, It originally had a Villiers 412 on it and was a twin belt driven unit, thus no chain guard was ever fitted
5, The seller is open to offers and wanted to know if I had any real interest in buying it (No)
6, It has not been used at all
So my question really is and I wasn't game to ask it, but why did he do all this ???, as surely no one is going to pay that sort of figure for a lounge room piece as it currently is. Yes he has it sitting in his Lounge !! and to answer a question before it's asked, no my wife wouldn't allow me to do that as its not as versatile as a Victa 18 to convert into a functional coffee table.
