Hi Grumpy. Those numbers are stamped into the OHV cover.

071010 88 sits on the side above 122432 0113 01

There are no country origin markings. Every component has the Briggs logo but I cant find anything else.

Tomorrow I will photograph the engine.

For now I have a picture of the engine numbers
