Ok get the rope and lift it into the notch that is out of the plastic and then wind the pulley in a clockwise direction in order to get tension. sleep

If you don't get any tension you have either broken the spring or it has jumped out of the locating area. :bluesmileyb:

If you have to pull it apart I would suggest that go to the parts list and manuals area as it has pictures as well to help. cheers2
