Heyyyy you beat me to it lols. John is spot on:). The 7f also came in man/cable throttle or auto. The 7f Torque Master was widely used on a number of brands, Rover Villiers (Typhoon Tornado)Tempest and Villager,Pace and a few generics like Hg Palmer. The engine is quite deceiving due to its large overall appearance making it seem more than only 98cc, but has a claimed power output of 4hp,which is the same Hp rating for the larger capacity Torque Major". The Torque master was the next gen engine for Villiers after the 98cc midgets. The earliest fittment for the 7f that im aware of would be the 57 Villiers Tempest. Im unclear for the Villager but id say approx the same time....others may confirm. Dont know to much of Torque Major except capacity and some fittments. They dont come up to often maybee cost was a factor, but ive seen them fitted on Scott bonnar Pace Turner and Rover of the early 60s period. And btw Giz...is there anything you dont have? Lols. A Villiers tempest perhaps?ha ha Im Still chasing one...
