Yes you are correct mate, MD bought it from eBay...An old bloke from Gatton in QLD made it and apparently was a bit of a wiz at fabricating things...
Basically he did not change anything that the old fella did, just cleaned the green off the alloy bits etc. etc. and just recently cleaned and repainted to the way he wanted it.

Regarding the 3 wheel design, there is some evidence to suggest that this type of machine were designed for use in cemeteries to mow the grass between the grave stones and plots, which explains the small cutting width. wink
