Thanks very much Grumpy for the detailed info, just what I need.
I have not been able to find a free download of the manual, but might have to bite the bullet as I have seen ones on CD, I will ask around at work and see if I can get some oils off the fitters for the ways, from what I have read most use Bar oil for the same reason you do (might have to buy 20L and sell on Ebay) lol
I have noticed some oiling caps with flip up lids (one missing) but will get a better look at it once I start stripping and cleaning.
