Hi Angela, if you wish to remove the cylinder reel, I will need you to post pics of the chain case with the cover removed....plus a close-up of the sprocket that attaches to the reel.
Your machine utilizes a Ransomes cutting unit which can be removed all in one piece from memory. You will then have to take the unit to an engineer/machinist for the spin-grind.
The easiest way to find an engineer in your area is to talk to the greenskeeper at your local Bowling Club and ask where they get their reels done.
