The fuel oil ratio using maculloch oil is 40:1 and as to the chain setting you should only see 1/2 a drive tooth and be able to pull the chain around with two fingers. The spark plug setting is around 25 thow.

I would not suggest going any larger than a 12" bar as the saw is only a small cc.
