I have my fathers Canadien 270 which is in very good condition, he bought it new in the late 60's.
I have the saw running, its blowing alot of blue smoke, no doubt the current fuel mix if different from the original 16:1 ratio.
Can anyone suggest what fuel mix I should use with modern oils (syntheic ??) and petrol.
Also, any hint on correctly adjusting carby for a tune up would also be appreciated.
I will post some picture when I have time.
