Yes Craig, I can confirm your machine is a 14" Model 45 Scotty and is the twin rail engine deck (2nd generation) with a 2HP Briggs and Stratton and was made by Scott Bonnar, Thebarton, Sth.Australia.
If you can post the
completestring of numbers on the metal air cowling of the Briggs; we can tell you the date it was manufactured, which gives us an approximate date of manufacture of the mower chassis as no exact date has been been kept in SB serial number records.
