I need help with my McChulloch Power Mac 310

Can anyone send me a manual on how to adjust the throttle screws on my McChulloch Power Mac 310? It was working just fine until my brother started turning screws for no apperant reason.
(All three screws [H, L , and IDLE] were adjusted). Thanks
