If you were gunna do something like that you would need to have it hydraulic driven.
And wouldnt that be so bad for the motor. Running at a set RPM under pretty much no load. Well you wouldnt need to govern the motor. Just set the rpm. thats it.
Actually i think i read it, cant remember. If its got a hydro trans you shouldnt hurt it with way to much hp. Well as long as you dont do mega roll backs.
