hi Grumpy, best compression I can get on a strong pull is 55psi.. I had a piece of kitchen paper keeping dust out of inlet port, and this blows out when engine cranked. This would seem to indicate a seriously leaking inlet valve, I presume? Will oil in cylinder test work on a horizontal cylinder??
