Hey Fellas
I have just pulled apart the honda HRU194 lawn mower engine and after putting it back together when I start it it revs really really high and wont stop. I have to manually move the throttle thing on the carby to stop it. Any help would be apreciated.
Ive noticed the governer is fully opened all the time and it doesnt move with the throttle. Should the butterfly on the carby be moving when I move the throttle?? the only way I can stop it from revving its head of is by manually pushing the governer.
