Car polish on that GMC will improve it.
An oily rag will do the same but thats cheating, try the polish first.
Paint stripper works OK on the victa powder coat, but it takes time. then you gotta wash it, rub it, clean it, prepsol it, prime it, paint it.
If you dont, the thinner in the spray paint eats in to the powder coat and wrinkles it at the edges.
Plus most spraypacks are a pretty soft paint. Makes reassembly a nervous procedure and your work all goes to poop if you spill fuel on it.
