The second plug on the motor is where the decompressor goes. It would appear that the old decompressor has been damaged and someone used a spark plug to block the hole. confused

The decompressor only cost about $27-00AU. bigshock

I would suggest that you get information from the parts list and manuals area to help with your problem. You could have a damaged diaphragm or missing spring that helps the governor operation. sleep
