It's time for a new blade on my Tilta Cut. When I acquired it, it came with a solid blade made from 50 x 3 flat bar. So I was going to grab some flat bar and make another one.
But when I was in Bunnings on the weekend, I noticed they have the genuine blade for $9.00. So my question is, what is the advantage of the fingerlike design of the end of the victa blade.
Ive got some tight curves in my lawn and find it easier to pull the mower around backwards. I have verver used the tilt function. It seems to cut better pulling it backwards to. The blade rotates anti clockwise when looking at it from the side, is this correct?
Other edgers I have seen rotate the other direction and throw all the grass and sand forwards.
