I have recently run into some problems with my mower - or should i say, my dad's mower. It's a four stroke Victa Ultima Mustang series, and during the easter long weekend, i decided to give the lawn a mow for the first time. I yanked the starter cord a few times and now it doesn't seem to re-tract. it's a fairly new mower only a few years old and i just want to know how difficult it is to fix. Is this something that can be done by yourself or should a technician look at it? I've read over the forum regarding the stater cord, but it's hard to visualise. Are there any documents on the web that show you explicitly how to repair these sort of problems?
