In addition to Bruce's info, check your fuel lines...Squeeze them to be sure the 'rubber' has not gotten 'gummy'...does not spring back to shape... If the Carb adjustments do not get it running, you may need to replace the Diaphragms. A kit is easy to install. Just find which mfgr & model of the carb.
