I think you have and I have tried to call you but no answer. Note that I have tested and you have access to the area.

Can you put step by step on how you are trying to access the parts list and manuals area so that we can see why you are not getting access.

TRY THIS:

Log in and then click HERE I am at a loss why you can't get in. If this works then you are doing it wrong. cheers2
