Here is a Victa edger that I got from Joe on Saturday.The poor thing had been next to a shed that had caught on fire.Joe said he had replaced a few things such as the cowl and repaired the starter.When I got it home I changed the top part of the handle as it had heat damage.Also the air cleaner and the knobs that hold the handles up.I need to find a couple of hub caps as they are also a little melted.I have given it a really good clean.Also pulled the carby apart and found that the needle was in backwards.So I'm looking forward until I finish work tomorrow to see if it will run for me.Here is what it looks like now.
