bruce i checked the fuel tap and jet in the centre of the carbi,also the fuel cap hole,but no real improvement so i will explain in more detail what it does.1.when it is first started it runs and even with full throttle it doesn,t seem to be reving enough.2. after it gets hot it picks up the revs. 3.when you throttle back after its been running awhile,even back to shut down it still revs its its head off and usually (not always) will not stop unless you turn the petrol off.plug is a light grey when taken out.could it be a air leak,thus making it run lean when hot?
