I'm no expert on them, but i think the two engines in the first picture are model 2 engines, I have run through the contents of the bucket with you, but i did not spot that little carby on the ground, it seems familiar, but off the top of my head, I'm not sure.

Picture two is getting more into my area, on the left is a Victa Series 70 MKII or MKIII, from somwhere between 1971 and 1973, the one to the right is a bitsa, the most of it looks to be a 1974 -1979 Victa Series 70 MKIV, but the head appears to be a 1970 -1971 Series 70 MKI.

The MKII/III one to the left would use a G3 carby, while the one to the right would use a G4 and should have a head like the one on the left.

The next picture appears to be a pair of 1960's 125 cc engines, from perhaps a couple of 64 utility's. The carburettor attached seems to be a 3L

You seem to have the twin stuff all worked out, and the parts down the bottom seem fairly straight forward.
