Can't get this Victa to start. Cleaned the fuel tank, carb, diaphram. Changed spark plug. Got 4 blades on it, 'zip' start, metal carb. Getting spark. Suspect timing problem. Can you tell me what to do next? Engine no. is 1274018856. Plastic air filter on handle. Have spryed starting fluid in carb; get a bit, no start.
