Well that was mentioned on the other forum.As the guy who owns it said,'the caps on the ends of the fins are die formed and spotwelded on, sure seems factory built to me'.After reading that, any one who would hand made a mower really wouldn't go to that kind of trouble.They would make it from something a lot easier that cast steel.That's a lot of effort to go through.Unless you were going to mass produce.
