That is a Model 33 Scott Bonnar made in Adelaide and introduced in 1960.
A good strong 16" machine with a Villiers 2 stroke engine. It would make an excellent restoration project because it is all complete. I agree with all replies, I doubt it has been spin-ground, because of the meat left in the reel, however it may need a bottom blade depending on how the reel has been adjusted in the past.
A fuel tank cap may be a little hard to come by though, and its a shame about the split in the original left-hand rubber hand grip, they are really hard to come by. wink
