Sorry for the crap pic, it's just one I happened to have on another site.

Mine's a bit different, as you can see the the boss appears to extend out to the edges of the flywheel.

I'm pretty worried about damaging the flywheel, I'm not sure if that extra metal is actually part of the boss though.
