I'd say its a Standard from about 1990/91 - it's the most basic model in the range (small nylon bush wheels, hub covers not hubcaps, flat handle, small engine cover with small fuel filler etc). This stripped-down Commando model was introduced at the time of The Recession We Had To Have - does the job without any frills. Victa then de-spec'd the basic model even more around 1996 when they went to the small air filter throttle assembly and removed (blanked off the port) the decompressor in the head! Not a Mustang as they were the premium models with an alloy deck, ball bearing wheels, upturned & quick-fold handles etc. As Joe Carroll and Rodeobob state, it's easy as to find parts as it's just a basic Powertorque on a 18" cut steel deck.
