I picked this up last monday from a job that i was doing,the drive axle totaly siezed(now fixed)a few questions 1:can i get new wheels with tread or do i cut my own tread 2:i need a good fuel tank(plastic) 3:i need a complete lever on the handle bar that engages the drive 4:were these a good mower in its time and approx what year it even came with the original catcher...ken
