I'm putting the hoe together again, however while I can move the axles freely, none of the chains move (they lock up). I think I may have dropped a nut in the works, so would I have to take the chains off to find out what's wrong with it? One more thing, the lever that locks the wheels is really hard to engage, and even though I've lubed it with gear oil, it still won't engage.
