Hi I've got an older Victa Commando two stroke with the Elliptical blade plate, the manual and instructions say the blades should be loose, but how loose. I think one of my diamond holes is a bit worn so getting the bolts tight can be a bit tricky at times.

I tightened them so there is no movement in the bolt but the blades swing easily - is that right?
