Yea seemed a little strange I thought. I tried the plastic carby from my other powertorque on it and still cant get it running.
It has plenty of spark. It also has the decompresser removed and plugged up, would this cause it to not start?
Tomorrow I will remove the muffler to see if thats blocked up.
Also this one has some kind of silver box that the wires from the coil connect to, is this an ignition module? My other power torque mower doesn't have it.
Thanks
That silver box is the electronic module and if it is not earth properly then you will not get constant spark. They are usually held on by a pop rivet and sometimes come loose which causes a bad earth.
