Hi JaysonC, I am confused; the brand name to which you refer is Walmart, an american chain store. After the success of Woolworths in Oz, it's a wonder we don't have them here.....
As far as any rotary mower predating Victa is concerned, I am not aware of very many rotaries being 'commercially' available in Oz prior to Mervyn Richardson's Model 1 Victa. wink
